 How to Order

• Firstly browse the site paying particular attention to both the portrait galleries and also Sharon's prices page. Once you have an idea of the portrait you require or if you would just like further information, contact Sharon to discuss your requirements

• Sharon will then ask you to send the photographs of your pet. Once the photographs have been received Sharon can then advise on the make up and composition of your portrait.

• You will then be given a portrait completion date at which point you will be asked to pay a fully refundable 20% deposit, this can be done securely by credit/debit card from the Secure Payments Page

• Once Sharon has completed your portrait, you will be contacted to arrange a time and date for delivery.

• After you have accepted delivery of your portrait and are happy with the final quality, you should then go back to the Secure Payments Page where you will be required to pay the outstanding balance.

• If, for any reason you are unhappy with your portrait, then you can do one of two things:

1. Return the portrait to Sharon for further work.  (postage paid)      

2. Return the portrait to Sharon explaining that you would prefer    to have your deposit refunded.  (postage paid)
